Production of fuel level sensors according to the white label system

Fuel level sensors with strengthened measuring part for applying in large capacities. Fortified fuel level sensors differs from the conventional sensor installed in the fuel tank with an additional aluminum casing in the form of a probe tube with a diameter of 25 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm (in contrast to the usual one, where d = 20, thickness 1 mm). Reinforced fuel sensor is composite (one meter 1 meter long). Thanks to this design, the measuring part remains strong, despite the length of up to 6 meters. When a wave is created while a tank is filling or moving, the fuel sensor does not lose its strength.

Automatic calibration station
Is a mobile equipment complex for fuel tanks calibration, that allows to effectuate the calibration procedure in shortest period of time and in any place without the necessity to be at the gas station or to have 220V available.

  • managing the station operating modes within the mobile application using the Bluetooth wireless connection channel of any Android gadget (smartphone or tablet);
  • calibration speed 1200 liters per hour;
